When we arrived to Lincolnville it was a little too early for dinner, but all of the little shops around were already closed so we decided to walk along the water. While we were walking we found this amazing piece of driftwood and decided to stop and explore it further. The sun was at the perfect spot in the sky and the colors and textures on the wood were so beautiful.
These rocks look pretty harmless in the photos but they were incredibly tough to walk on (especially with my inappropriate shoe choice for the day).
Check out all of the photos from my Maine Road trip!

very nice capture. : )
Beautiful! If driftwood could talk, I’m sure it would have some great stories to tell. (I usually wear inappropriate shoes for my activities too…ugh)
