Pantone declared Tangerine as the color of 2012, but Mint seems to be taking over right now if you ask me. With Spring approaching, I have been daydreaming of breezy days in the sun and I realized that I really love tangerine and mint together… it is a fun, bright and energizing combination!

Hi ~ I’m late getting into this discussion but imho, there is another hot color for 2012, but I can’t pinpoint it just yet. Tangerine seems like it’s another shade of corral and that leaves it dated and the mint color is just not out there in any significant form. It’s close but there’s something bigger and better, somewhere in the light blue family maybe? I’m going to research this more and report back in another post.
love these colors together, and while I like the colored jean trend, I’m pretty afraid to wear anything other than black or grey- especially the light, pastel colors 🙂
I don’t own any colored jeans myself, but they are definitely next on my shopping list to try!
