Design FAQ

What is your availability? Usually, the studio is booked one to three months in advance with current work. Because of the high volume of requests received, it is impossible to accept every job.

I am in a different location from Ciera Design. Is this an issue? Almost all communication is done through email and is presented in PDF decks along with phone calls and video chats if needed so there’s no need for you to be in the same geographic location.

How long will my job take to complete? Each job is completely unique, as are a client’s needs. Please fill out a project planner in order to receive a specific turnaround time for your project.

Once I’ve inquired about your services, how long do I have to wait until we can begin? If I feel that we’re a good fit, a start date will be provided. The start date is based on current work load and is valid for that week. I do my best to begin your job as soon as possible. For this reason, the start date is an estimate.
