I hosted a baby shower for my best friend yesterday and it was so much fun! I’ll share some photos of the party soon but here are the invitations that I designed for it. Her nursery is going to be safari themed so we had a modern, gold and white color scheme with some cute gold animal details to tie it together. P.S. This design is now available in my Etsy shop!
I have some new work to share with y’all today! I absolutely love designing invitation suites and this one was no exception. Touro Infirmary was looking for a special piece to invite guests to their annual fundraiser. We decided to go with a larger format for both the Save The Date and the Invitation so that it would really stand out in the mail. To add a touch of elegance to their recognizable brand colors we used a midnight blue stock with silver ink. Simple but effective! I knew that placing all of the names on the tree wasn’t going to be easy but it turned out great and is a special way to recognize all of the founders. And now it’s time for me to start designing the 2014 invites for them!
I just added a new invitation design to my Etsy shop! I designed this for a bachelorette party but it’d also work for a wedding, birthday or any other special event. Simple, bright and fun, just the way I like it!
Back in March I designed this invitation for little Cameron’s first birthday party. The party was really just for the adults and they requested a New Orleans theme with a kiddie twist. Below are how the invites turned out and Coco Photo Nola‘s photos from the event, it turned out SO cute, I can’t get over it! And this design is now for sale in my Etsy shop!
I am so excited to share this invitation suite that I designed for my best friend’s bridal shower and bachelorette party! Even though the events were on the same day, each party was a special celebration, so I decided to design two separate cards that complemented each other. While the wedding colors are inspired by peacock feathers in a more subtle way, I wanted to be bright and bold for these invitations! I printed them at home and mailed the cards together in teal envelopes lined with chartreuse paper. I am really happy with the outcome and they definitely helped set the tone for our party marathon! Check out some of the event details, including a party survival kit!
If you are interested in customizing these design for your peacock themed event let me know and I’ll get to work on them for you! UPDATE: These are now available as printables on Etsy!
