A little behind schedule but here is a recap of my family Thanksgiving! Jasmine and I took advantage of my talented boyfriend and pulled him aside for a few minutes to snap some photos of us together before we pigged out!

Biannually, NOLA Fashion Council hosts NOLA Fashion Week to provide Southern born or based designers a platform to gain exposure. This year, I attended the kickoff party featuring the very talented designer, Matthew Arthur! My sister and I were two lucky ducks and got a room at the beautiful Hotel Modern to hang out in before the party got started!

Happy Monday, hope you guys had a great weekend! I had a crazy few days full of wedding festivities for one of my best friends. So while I recover from my overwhelming weekend, today I’m sharing an outfit that I wore a few weeks back out to dinner with friends. The tunic sweater is so soft and comfortable and I LOVE the detail of the back! It is just perfect for when there is still a little chill in the air. These are my go-to jeans, I pretty much wear them with everything. The ring was my grandmothers, it is a little big on my finger but I wear it anyways… because I love it.

A day in the French Quarter with my sister for some eating, shopping and wandering… getting to play tourist in your home town is always so much fun! This is my favorite dress right now, I have to hold back from wearing it everyday. It’s so comfortable and I love that it is black and white so it matches with everything!

My family threw a birthday party for my sister and I last weekend and decided to grill since the weather was so nice! My dad grilled some amazing chicken, peppers and pineapple and my mom made this unbelievable Saints themed cake!
