Homestead is a new mom and pop-style shop in the heart of Uptown New Orleans. It’s filled with superior quality goods for home and life and I’m totally in love! They have gorgeous products like marble cheese boards, wool scarves, memo books and gardening tools with wooden handles. Homestead was created by urban farmer Robert Hohne, of Truck and Barter Farms, and vintage rental company owner Julia Hohne of Mrs. Vintage. I also snapped some photos of the Mrs. Vintage showroom!

Adding this to my to do list next time I’m in town. I really like this “Out and About” in NOLA post. Helps me get to know the city I’m moving to!
